Functional Analyst

- Improvement of the Change Management Process for SAP Systems

- Gather SAP teams requirements fo Change Management

- Analyze SAP Teams Needs and translate their needs into functional specifications for implementation in BMC ITSM7

- Provide trainings on Change Managament/ITSM7 to SAP Teams

Skills

- Must be Fluent English/French and Dutch or German can be an advantage

- Experience in SAP Environment

- Experience in ITSM Change Management (especially on BMC ITSM7)

IT Customer Satisfaction Analyst

- Processes Customer Feedbacks as listed in the Activity Hub  considering the Priority and instructions of the IT Customer Services Liaison

- Always behaves in a completely professional way with strong focus and priority towards customer satisfaction

- Works in the assigned queue, as instructed by the IT Customer Services Liaison
